making our rooms airconditioned is far from that of just having airconditioned classrooms for the sake of boasting that we have an elegant, world-class university but because of some underlying concerns that would be beneficial for the josenian studentry.
tuition might not rise up but our miscellaneous fees would.

Tuition would always rise up. I think it's per sem or per year. I'm not sure right now. |
