Pwede ra man cguro dili jud total enrollment system. Something that would help take away some burden from the enrolment process. Dako ra jud kaayo ang enrolment system, if we talk about scope sa project, but pwede ra man like reservation of subjects lang prior to enrolment. Or checking of open and close subject, Or self service nga registration sa mga subjects. We could break down the enrolment system into smaller modules and implement it on a modular basis. So if naay mu bug down nga module dili kaayo dako ug impact sa tibuok enrolment system and the system. Also maka concentrate ta on creating one module at a time making it more secure, stable and reliable. If kani atong buhaton, mas dako ug chance nga ma realize ang online enrolment system. Rather than icomputerized tanan in one go(which would cause a debate), why not computerized katong mga part sa enrolment system nga both parties would agree nga i computerized.
