USJ-R Forum Policy

       The USJ-R Forum is open to anyone to discuss university events and issues, and rooms for improvement for the university. Registration is required for participation in order to protect readers from spam and purposes reserved for the university. This forum system uses cookies to store information on your local computer. These cookies do not contain any of the information you have entered above; they serve only to improve your viewing pleasure. The e-mail address is used only for confirming your registration details and password (and for sending new passwords should you forget your current one).

       Our policy is to keep the forum open for honest discussion, including suggestions and criticisms. We do remove posts we consider offensive, indecent, malicious or unrelated to the purpose of the forum. The administrators and moderators of this  forum will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible. Therefore you acknowledge that all posts made to these forums express the views and opinions of the authors and not the administrators, moderators or the webmasters (except for posts by these people) and hence will not be held liable.

       By participating the USJ-R forum, you agree NOT to:

       1.    post any material that is knowingly false, misleading or inaccurate, or offensive;
       2.    post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may
                      violate any applicable laws;
       3.    post anyone else's identifying information;
       4.    use the forum to upload, post or otherwise transmit any content that you do not have a right to transmit to the
                      public under any law;
       5.    post unsolicited messages (spam), irrelevant advertisements, chain letters, junk email or bulk communications; and,
       6.    violating against the admonitions given by the administrators, moderators and webmasters of this forum.

       The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that the webmaster, administrator and moderators of this forum have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should they see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered above being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent the webmaster, administrator and moderators cannot be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.

       If you feel that a message is objectionable you can contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. The USJ-R Forum may also terminate access for users if found repeatedly posting offensive content. This is a manual process, however, so we may not be able to remove or edit such messages immediately.
